For Parking you have several options:

1) If you are coming for a relatively brief appointment and a spot is available, then you could park on Colorado Blvd in front of the building. There is free one hour parking allowed on the street.

2) There is also a small visitor parking lot available on the west side of the building. This is also one hour parking when available.

3) There is free parking available in the parking garage behind (to the North of) the office building, which is called the Nina Street Parking Structure. In order to access this parking garage you would need to drive to Nina Street. You will find the entrance to the parking garage off of Nina St. There will be a sign stating the garage is for tenants only, but since you are coming to our suite, you are free to park in this garage. There is no assigned parking so you are welcome to park in any available parking space. If you walk through the parking garage toward the office building, you will find a gate that will allow you to exit the parking garage just behind our building (in other words, you do not need to exit the garage on Nina St and walk all the way around the block to get back to the office building).
